I just got some CK Products Bavarian Cream Filling. Do I need to keep it in the fridge until I use it? Can it be frozen?

I don't refrigerate mine until I open it. I've never frozen it so I can't say if it can or can't be frozen ... I do know that after opening, you need to put it in the fridge

Website says can be rerfigerated for three months or frozen. I've never frozen it though.

Thanks! I wondered about the freezing part because when it came in the filling was very cold still. They shipped it on 11/9 and I got it today. I thought they probably had it frozen at shipping time. I don't wanna ruin it though!
