Edible Images And The Frig

Can I put a cake with edible images on it in the refrigerator? Just want to make sure that the colors won't bleed.

Yes you can. I always refrigerate mine in a cake box. If it'll be in there a while, I'll loosely cover the top and sides of the box with plastic wrap. Never had any problems with colors running. The only time I've heard of the colors on an edible image running is if the cake is frozen and condensation is allowed to form or if the images are used on whipped cream or other types of frosting that have a high water content.
