IT HAS ARRIVED!!!! I am so thrilled. I had order this book from my boss' son's school's fundraiser thing and it seemed like it took FOREVER to get! But it's here and I can't wait to try out someof the recipes. Anyone have a favorite that I shouldn't miss?

Cookies and Cream. YUMMY! It's my favorite by far!

Ahhh, the Peanut Butter cake with Fluffy Chocolate Icing is "da bomb". I have a group that starting using me for their retirement and other celebration cakes out on the AF base and they have all started requesting this cake.

But, what I like to do is pour the easy chocolate ganache (in the back of the CCMD in the icing section) over the cake and let that set up nice and firm and then put a vanilla buttercream over that to decorate on. They love this on the base!!

Cookies and Cream is awesome too!

Oh, forgot to say this about the ganache...it hardens like a candy bar if put in the fridge and then served cold. Yummy! Like a Reese' Peanut Butter Cup! HOWEVER, not everybody wants to "break" through a hardened chocolate layer to cut the cake. So, if you use that, tell them to serve at room temperature or either from time of delivery to time of consumption keep it in a cool dry room instead of putting it in the fridge.
