Yeah, it's me again asking a question. icon_cry.gif

I just got an order to do 2 dozen cupcakes for a child's birthday party to be held at school next Monday... they can only bring cupcakes for their parties.

She wants 1/2 Barbie and 1/2 Spiderman; I am stumped as to what to do and how much to charge...my first order for cupcakes.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Wells it depends on what you are going to do. Most people charge $1.50 to $2.50 and that depends on where you live. Are you making a cupcake cake with a FBT (then I would charge $2) on top or individual cupcake with decorations (plastic figures or something else).

Sorry could not be much help, the only thing I can suggest to is check with local bakeries to see what they charge but most have standard decorations and charge more for barbie or spider man decorations.

Good luck

Some different cupcake ideas

Spiderman rings or chocolates on top of these are nice. The spider rings are being cleared out in stores from Halloween for almost zip.

Barbie Cupcakes could be done with Barbie rings from the dollar store to match the spiderman rings would cost a little more though. You could make Barbie chocolates or use candy melts and the Barbie mold. Flowers on top with the word Barbie this would be more cost effective and would go with the web cupcakes.
