can anyone tell me how to make empanadas? TIA

this has a ton of recipes to look at, have yet to try any though. One of my favorite kinds was Mango and Cream Cheese Empanada- it was soooo yummy.
My son and I both like Taco Bell's Carmel Apple Empanada- very tasty. (Just not too healthy because it's deep fried.)
