Can we decorate butter cream frosted cake with fondant flowers and leaves.
I think they are heavy so they will fall down especially from the sides.
But I have to decorate like that.
Can I?

Thanks

Sure you can, but you will likely have to support the fondant pieces!... you could use toothpicks in each flower (just warn your client!) or if they fondant pieces are not too heavy, you could use pieces of dried spaghetti.

Sure you can...depending on how large and heavy the flowers are, you can secure them to the sides with toothpicks, just make sure and tell the person that will be cutting the cake!

Also royal icing might work too. I have used royal icing To hold stuff on the sides or my cakes.
