11 Inch Cake Serves?

Will someone please ensure me that an 11 inch will yield 35 wedding servings? It just doesn't seem enough, but I really don't want or have time to rebake.

You're fine. I can get anywhere from 50 to 58 servings out of an 11" cake at a wedding, so you should be just fine.
