I have been asked to do a stand up converse shoe cake for a child's birthday party. Anyone have any suggestions???

http://www.alphabet-soup.net/goose/oldwomancake.html -this cake is for the nursery rhyme but since the classic converse tennis shoe look similar in style I'm sure you could make it work

I also thought you might be able to use the Wilton stand-up lamb or bunny pan.
