Just got a request for a cake for Friday night for a man's 44th birthday. He owns his own heating & a/c company and his wife asked if I could work with that for a theme. I could make it look like a ac unit but that would be a pretty boring cake I would think. Any ideas??

Yes he does...if all else fails I'll do his company van with the logo. I thought about a sheet cake to look like a yard, with a unit and a guy out of fondant working on it. Not sure which would be easier considering I now have 3 days to do this!
