Any ideas? I don't have a lot of supplies here, as I'm visiting from California until Thanksgiving. I have the star, horseshoe, and a 9x13 pan. My mom is turning 39 on November 10th, and I would like to incorporate her new job as a real estate agent into it!!

Any ideas?!

How about a picture of a house and then write "Sold Another Happy Birthday by Mom" Using the sheet cake.

You could cut the sheet cake to make it look like a for sale sign maybe? icon_redface.gif That's all I can think of.

Maybe you could do the 9 x 13 cake like her business card or just some parts of it if it is really detailed. I recently did one for a friend and it turned out pretty good. It is in my photos if you want to sneak a peek.

Great idea, such a sweet daughter for wanting to make a neat cake for your Mom's 39th. Just be nice next year, LOL!! I am nearing that age myself.

Have fun!

LOL tonia! She's lucky I'm not gonna be here for her 40th birthday, we are moving to Alaska in March (my husband is Active Duty Air Force) so she is SOOOO lucky!!!! I was gonna make that cake on Wilton.com that has a pointer on it that says "Denise is older than..."

Oh well! Thanks for the awesome suggestions y'all!!

Hope you enjoy Alaska, pack warm!! My hubby would love it if we moved there. He's retire Navy and wants to pilot the hover crafts he hear they deliver mail with there.

Maybe you can mail her some really neat decorated cookies next year. The sugar cookies I (a lot of others) have been making should travel well. I used to send cookies to my hubby on deployments and if you pack them they arrive in good condition.

I did an older than dirt cake for someone turning 50. That's what they wanted but I felt bad, that's not old!!! It was cute though and the guy got a good laugh off it.

Take care!

I did some Real Estate cookies that are in my pics. Take a look to see if you find any inspiration there.

I personally like the "SOLD" sign idea.

How about making the Star cake up and writing something like Happy Birthday to the Star Realtor.
You could even make a small house made from a cupcake trimmed to put on it with a little Sold sign.

I think I would make a round cake frosted green and use Wilton's 3-D house pan to put a house on top. Put flowers around it and maybe a sidewalk leading up to it. You can make a for sale/sold sign out of sugar wafers dipped in chocolate with chocolate covered pretzels for the stake. Maybe do a white picket fence around the sides of the round cake...
