I'm pooped. Chocolate cake filled with Bailey's ganache and Mocha Swiss Meringue Buttercream to top it off. This was such a fun Halloween and our party was great. No one spilled anything or knocked over the zillion candles we had around the house phewiee what more could you ask for.

Thanks ladies! Originally I had this super duper elaborate cake design I was going to do but due to time restraints *grin* and lack of sleep I thought I'd go for simplicity this time. With me it's always too many cakes designs and not enough time.

I love how simple it is! Its elegant looking, very classy (even though its a Halloween cake!)! I just love it! And it sounds sooooo good. So, should I give you my address now so you can send me a piece...LOL! I'm sure there weren't any leftovers anyway! I have never tried a filling like that. Is it easy?

I agree with everyone else! It is so easy to get carried away and add too much sometimes. This cake is a perfect example that simplicity in design can be every bit as beautiful!
