when you say 10x on the domino sugar are you meaning 10 x the 4 cups?
10X is what Domino brand grind their sugar which is really fine. It is not about size but only grinding method.
You only have to add the required quantity, and in above recipe, you need to add 4 cups of Powder/Confectioner/Icing Sugar.
