Two Bowl Cake Ingredients 3 cups all-purpose flour2 cups white sugar5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder2 teaspoons baking soda1 teaspoon salt2 cups cold water2/3 cup vegetable oil2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar1 tablespoon vanilla extract Instructions 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2 In a medium bowl combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, soda, and salt–stir to mix well. 3 In a large bowl combine water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Dump the dry ingredients into the water mixture and stir with a fork until smooth. DO NOT BEAT. Pour batter into an UNGREASED 9×13 inch pan. 4 Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 to 40 minutes.
