A yummy fudge sauce great when served warm over the Chocolate Roll.
1 tablespoon butter
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate
1/3 cup boiling water
1 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Melt butter and chocolate in medium saucepan. Add boiling water. Bring mixture to boil. Add sugar and corn syrup. Boil, stirring, for 5 minutes. Add vanilla and stir. Serve just warm over the chocolate roll.
