Ingredients

  • 1 CAN CONDENSED MILK
  • 1 CAN EVAPORATED MILK
  • 4 EGGS
  • 1 CAP FULL VANILLA
  • 2 DASHES OF CINNAMON
  • 2 DASHES KAHLUA(OPTIONAL)
  • 1 CUP SUGAR FOR CARAMEL

Instructions

  1. YOU PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS ON A BLENDER (NOT SUGAR) AND PULSE ONLY ABOUT 4-5 TIMES THATS IT OTHERWISE YOU GET TONS OF HOLES ON THIS FLAN LET IT REST AND MAKE THE CARAMEL I LEAVE MINE PALE YELLOW AND I ALSO ADD LIKE A TSP OF WATER TO THE SUGAR IT MELTS EASY THEN PLACE IT ON THE MOLD AND LET IT GET HARD AND COOL A BIT STRAIN THE FLAN MIXTURE BEFORE ADDING TO MOLD BECAUSE IT WILL HAVE EGG PIECES OK 325DEG FOR ABOUT 60-70 MIN IN A (BANO MARIA) I DONT KNOW HOW YOU SAY THIS IN ENGLISH YOU PUT THE MOLD ON ANOTHER PAN WITH HOT WATER ABOUT 1/2 WAY OF THE FLAN MOLD OH MY HUSBAND SAID (BATHE MARIE) I GUESS!!! LOL
  2. I LET MY FLAN INSIDE OVEN WITH DOOR SLIGHTLY OPEN FOR ANOTHER HOUR THEN I LEAVE IT ON COUNTER UNTIL COOL COVER IT THEN UNMOLD AND ENJOY!!!
