Mexican polvorones

Ingredients

  • 21/4 c flour
  • 1/2 c uns butter
  • 1/2 c (crisco) veg short note it has to be this brand
  • 1/2 c sugar i use the really fine one (bakers choice) brand
  • 1 cap full of vanilla i use my mexico vanilla it is delic i buy it in Tijuana Mexico 100 pesos 10 bucks i can gladly send samples to who ever wants one IF YOU PAY SHIPP

Instructions

    MIIX CRISCO AND BUTTER UNTIL FLUFFY ADD SUGAR THEN VANILLA THEN FLOUR SLOWLY DO NOT OVER MIX OR THEY WILL BE HARD I USE MY STAND MIXER WITH BEATER TO MIX BUTTER SUGAR CRISCO MIX THEN I SWITCH TO PADDLE FOR THE REST BUT THATS JUST MY CHOICE

  1. YOU WILL THEN MAKE SMALL SIZE BALLS MINE ARE THE SIZE OF A QUARTER OR SMALLER I DONT LIKE BIG SIZE COOKIES FOR THIS TYPE OF COOKIES ONLY!!! YOU THEN SMASH DOWN EA COOKIE A LITTLE AND PLACE IN YOUR COOKIE SHEET PAN OR ANY TRAY U HAVE THEY WILL SPREAD A LITTLE BIT NOT MUCH 350degree for 10-12 min thats all any longer they will burn or taste funny I LOVE THIS COOKIES THEY MELT IN YOUR MOUTH !!!
