This cake is one of my favorits for decorating with fondant, it is glouten free and Kosher for Pesach, great and rich!

Great chocolat cake – gluten free and Kosher

Ingredients

  • 200 gr bitter chocolate (60%)
  • 200 gr unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of any kind of grined nuts
  • add 5 ts cornflour or potato flour
  • 1 ts baking powder

Instructions

    my glouten free cake is this- (forgive my English…)

  1. Chocolate cake
  2. 200 gr bitter chocolate (60%)
  3. 200 gr unsalted butter
  4. 3/4 cup of sugar
  5. melt them together and put in the mixer ball
  6. ass 5 eggs while mixing, one by one
  7. add 5 ts cornflour or potato flour and baking powder
  8. add 1/2 cup of any kind of grined nuts
  9. bake on 160 c
  10. very good for fondant decorating.
  11. You can ass any glouten free cream as well.
  12. Enjoy!

Thanks for the recipe, i will definetly try it...but in line #16 you put "as*" and that is a swear word, I think you meant add. Thanks again.

I just too it out of the oven and it smells delicious! can't wait to try a piece :D

btw for other people wanting to make it, i left it in the oven for about 35 minutes and it turned out perfect!
