Yummy indeed! I love this frosting :)
Sounds Yummy....does it crust? Can I use it under fondant?
WOW!!!! I just made this and literally couldnt stop licking my spatula! SOOO good. Im definitely using this recipe from now on. Thank you!
I am going to try this with coffee subbed for the milk.
does this make a stiff frosting like butter cream? thank u
does this frosting crust?
i have everything except fudge topping can i put more cocoa powder>>>
I just made this frosting exactly the way the directions said. it is really sweet ( im not a super sweet type of chocolate person) and it was really thin. I dont think this is a good frosting for making a layer cake or putting under fondant like i was looking for. I added more powdered sugar and it thickened a little but just got even sweeter. it is a good recipe though just not what i was looking for. if anyone knows a good thick chocolate buttercream recipe message me please
I use this recipe all of the time and we all love it!!!!! I agree it is thinner and sweet, therefore I only use 1/2 cup of the hot fudge and I use cream instead of milk.
What could I use instead of the hot fudge? Is it just warm fudge or what? It does sound gorgeous, sp when I make my mum's cake next time I will use this!
Use unsalted or salted butter? Is this a sticky icing or can you pipe with it?
