Peanut butter filling/frosting

Great with my chocolate cake!

Peanut butter filling/frosting


  • 1 cup crisco
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp meringue powder
  • add water tbsp at a time until med. consistancy.
  • Once you have your buttercream set aside.

  • 1 cup of chunky peanut butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • mix in mixer
  • add powdered sugar until you have a thick paste.
  • Add in your buttercream and mix.
  • If still too thick add a little water or milk until spreadable.
  • Add 1 /2 small bag of semi sweet chocolate chips.
