This is a quick and delicious recipe that goes well with any white/yellow cake. Reminds me of the strawberry shortcake ice cream from Cold Stone. You can use as filling or just enjoy alone.
Strawberry shortcake filling
- 2 cups whipped cream (Frostin Pride)
- 1 cup crushed graham cracker (leave a bit chunky)
- 1 cup sliced strawberries (or more)
- Whip your cream in a chllled bowl until thick and peaks form. Add crushed graham cracker and mix bit more until well mixed. Spread you cream out on cake and add a layer of sliced strawberries and add more cream on top of the strawberries. Enjoy!
