- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) margarine or butter
- 1/4 cup apple cider or orange juice
- 2 tablespoons whipping (heavy) cream

(Center top may appear moist but will continue to cook while standing.) Let stand uncovered on flat, heatproof surface (do not let stand on wire rack). For sauce, decrease apple cider to 2 tablespoons. Place all ingredients in 4-cup microwavable measure. Microwave uncovered on High 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or just to boiling; stir. Microwave uncovered 2 to 3 minutes longer, stirring every minute, until thickened.
