White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

This is a combination of a few different recipes. Please adjust the powdered sugar and water to meet your needs.

White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • 6-8oz white chocolate (block; don’t use chips~ it changes the texture)
  • 12oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/2 stick butter (room temperature)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 cups powdered suguar (1 lb)
  • 2-6 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. 1. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler over simmering, NOT boiling water, stirring constantly until melted.
  2. 2. Mix cream cheese and butter in an electric mixer on low-med until well blended. Add white chocolate and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. 3. Slowly add the powdered sugar and mix thoroughly.
  4. 4. Add water a little bit at a time until desired consistancy reached.
  5. **You will have to adjust the powdered sugar and water as needed**
