Irish Queen cakes


  • 375g Butter { Kerrygold }
  • 425g Castor Sugar
  • 625g Egg
  • 625g Soft Flour
  • 8g Baking pdr.
  • Colour and flavour as desired. I add real vanilla extract and top with fondant when baked


  1. Cream butter and sugar adding the egg by degrees. Add vanilla extract and fold in flour. Pipe into small paper cases. Bake @ 200′C
  2. Great with coffee or afternoon tea !!!!
  3. ENJOY !!!!
