This is the best pan coating for baking cakes! I always make a double batch, and store it in the fridge in mason jars.
- 1 cup Crisco
- 1 cup oil (canola or corn)
- 1 cup flour
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with beaters. Store in mason jars in fridge.
- To use: Use pastry brush to paint the cake pan with the coating.
