Makes a delicious, thick mousse, perfect for a filling. My husband and I also enjoy it as just a dessert.
Strawberry Mousse Filling
1 8oz bar of cream cheese, softened
1 10oz jar of Polander’s Strawberry Spread
2 cups heavy cream
In one bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and then add Strawberry spread. In a second bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff. Fold cream cheese mixture into the heavy cream. Chill for about 30 minutes. Enjoy!!
