Makes a delicious, thick mousse, perfect for a filling. My husband and I also enjoy it as just a dessert.
Strawberry Mousse Filling
- 1 8oz bar of cream cheese, softened
- 1 10oz jar of Polander’s Strawberry Spread
- 2 cups heavy cream
- In one bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and then add Strawberry spread. In a second bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff. Fold cream cheese mixture into the heavy cream. Chill for about 30 minutes. Enjoy!!
Have no clue, but it can’t be that bad.
