Strawberry Fluff Filling


Used this in my first wedding cake and it was a HUGE hit! Great with yellow or white cake, I suppose it could also be used as a topping or dip for fruit. Super yummy!

Strawberry Fluff Filling


  • 8 oz Strawberry Cream Cheese
  • 7 oz Marshmallow Fluff
  • Dash of strawberry extract or strawberry flavoring


  1. Mix softened cream cheese, fluff, and flavoring well. Will be a creamy texture – use as a filling.

trishabobisha - since it is cream cheese based filling the cake will need to be refrigerated. As long as you are timing you covering of the cake in fondant w/ delivery and eating it so as not to spoil the cake, yes you can. Buttercream covered cakes can be refrigerated no problem.


i love love love this! it's the same recipe i've been using to dip fruit in for platters...i never thought to use it as a filling for my cakes! i've bumped up the cream cheese to fluff ratio to make it a little thicker. i also add my mom's homemade strawberry preserves to it (maybe 2 T). it's awesome!
