Mix cake as directed on package except the eggs. Follow directions on Egg Replacer box to mix the amount of egg replacement needed for cake mix (example: white cake needs 3 eggs – egg replacer use 4 1/2 tsp. adding 6 Tbsp water. Mix and add to mix).
Flavor doesn’t change in the cake, but you will notice that it doesn’t rise as a regular recipe of cake mix. The important thing is you’re able to supply a product for those allergic to eggs!
