Perfect for a white layer cake!
Coconut Frosting and Filling
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 Combine sour cream and sugar; mix well. Stir in coconut. Fold in whipped topping. Spread top and sides of two 9-inch cake layers.
I tried this today and i came out really soupy - i don't know what i did wrong. :(
It's best to let it sit overnight in the fridge. That's how I do it anyway. It's always going to be messy, but yummy!
