Great for fillings or frosting. Not sure how well it can be smoothed but it taste great.
Whipped cream frosting (with cream cheese)
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 Cups whipping cream (heavy)
- 1 Tablespoon milk
- 2/3 Cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons your choice(vanilla extract, raspberry extract or lemon juice)
- In large bowl, beat cream cheese, milk and extract with electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Beat in whipping cream and powdered sugar. Beat on high speed, scraping bowl occasionally, until stiff peaks form.
with this recpie..how long can this be left of at room temp for serving..client requested whipped frosting for grad cake..
