Top it with your favorite cream cheese frosting for a out of this world cake. Apple Cake Ingredients 1 White Cake mix2 1/2 cup of fresh made apple pie filling*1/3 cup vegetable oil3 eggs1/4 teaspoon nutmeg2 teaspoons cinnamon1 teaspoon vanilla1/2 chopped pecans Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease and flour 2 or 3 9 inch cake pans. 2. Mix all ingredients except for pecans on low until well blended then on medium for 2 minutes. Mix in pecans by hand. 3. Pour equally into cake pans. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean. 4. Cool completely and frost with your favorite cream cheese frosting. *I cook my apple in a little water and sugar until soft then I use a hand chopper to chop the apples a little smaller before I put it into the cake batter.
