I made this last night as a layer cake. I didn't use all of the 3 creams - maybe 12 of the 38 oz from the blender. Before I added the creams, the cakes were domed, but after the creams and being put back in the oven, they turned out nicely flat. I had a really hard time getting them out of the pans despite the grease, and next time will use parchment in the bottoms.
