In homage to my Father who used this recipe in his bakeries for 20 years.
It tastes like brownie batter and shines beautifully.
Walter’s Crusting Chocolate Fudge Icing
- FUDGE ICING
- 5.5 oz corn syrup
8 oz. cocoa
- 8 oz marg.
- —————————blend in mixer
3 # powd. Sugar
- Â½ tsp salt to taste1 tsp vanilla to taste
Alternate sugar and boiling water.
