Love this cookie recipe. The cookies come out great everytime and everyone loves them.. They freeze well too.. I ran out of time once and placed some in a ziploc bag and froze them.. AND FORGOT about them..Hubby found in the freezer one nigh While looking for cake scraps and said they were GREAT EVEN AFTER 6 MONTHS... I tried one and yep he was right.. tastes just like they were baked.. really...
GREAT RECIPE! I made one batch of this and got about 75 3inch star cookies out of it. I use powdered sugar on the rolling pin and roll the dough out on parchment paper, since it can become sticky. i always use this recipe bc the cookies stay moist and soft. people go craaazy over them :-)
