I have found that any large caliber metal piping tip works well for filling cupcakes.
Creme filling for cupcakes
Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup shortening
2 cups confectioner’s sugar
1 pack Dream Whip
3 Tbsp milk (I substituted liquid French vanilla creamer)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
Cream butter and shortening. In a separate bowl combine Dream Whip with confectioner’s sugar. Slowly incorporate dry ingredients and milk (or creamer). Whip for 1 minute. Pipe into cupcakes.
