Pecan Spice Cake

this recipe as liquid coffee creamer added to it and is very delicious

Pecan Spice Cake


  • 1 Box of Duncan Hines Spice Cake Mix
  • 2/3 cup Southern Pecan Coffee Creamer-Liquid
  • 2/3 cup Water
  • 1/3 Cup Vegetable oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • Mix as directed on back of cake mix package. Then fold in the following ingredients:
  • 3/4 Cup Chopped Pecans
  • 3/4 Cup Raisins
  • Then stand back and watch the cake disappear.


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Pour cake batter into a prepared 9×13 sheet cake pan. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until done. Let cool in baking pan for 10 minutes and then turn onto a cooling rack to cool.
  2. Top with a Coconut Pecan Frosting or a Caramel Frosting, when cake is completely cooled.
  3. Then stand back and watch the cake disappear.

    no ideal on nutrition value. probably really high in calories, but oh so good.

This is absolutely the best "spice cake" I have ever had! Easy peasy and yummy. My family is picky about cake and they flipped over this.
