This is basically a doctored cake mix with cinnamon, allspice, and grated chocolate chips – Super Easy!
Decadent Autumn Chocolate Spice Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 Cup Flour
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Allspice
- 1/2 bag milk chocolate chips, grated.
- 1-2 Tbsp flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Whiz chips in your chopper or quisinart with 1-2 tbsp flour to prevent clumping. Sift cake mix and flour. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and one egg until smooth. Add remaining eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Add sugar and mix to combine. Add butter and mix well. Spices and vanilla go in next, mix. Fold in grated chips.
- Bake for about 35 minutes.
