it's ok to use eggs when not baking the product? this sounds easy and i would love to try it, but want to make sure as it's for a customer.

pammylynn: You can always substitute meringue powder for egg whites (it's safer if not baking). Just follow the ratio on the meringue powder can on how much water to add and mix the water with powder before adding the cream of tartar.
