This recipe was given to me by a vegan customer. It’s so yummy I thought I would share. It was given to me with European measures. I will list both with the converted US measures.
Vegan Vanilla Frosting
- 2.5 deciliters vanilla soy milk (about 1 US cup)
- 1 deciliter coconut or almond milk (about 1/2 US cup)
- 3/4 tsp. fructose
- 1 tsp. lecithin granules
- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 deciliter melted coconut oil (about 1/4 US cup)
- Mix all ingredients except coconut oil. Once fully mixed slowly add coconut oil. Store in fridge.
