Strawberry Cream Cheese Filling

This is a wonderful filling to use with a white or yellow cake.

Strawberry Cream Cheese Filling


  • 1 – 8oz tub of strawberry cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 tsp strawberry extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 stick butter


  1. Cream butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add strawberry extract and blend. Sift in 1/2 of the powdered sugar and beat until well blended. Scrape the bowl and add rest of powdered sugar.
  2. ** You can add more or less powdered sugar to increase the sweetness.
  3. **If too thick add 1 tsp of milk to thin

    For 40 servings per receipe: 1 serving = 75 calories, 39 calories from fat, 4.3 g fat, 2.4g saturated fat, 12mg cholesterol, 33mg sodium, 9.1g carbs, 8.8g sugar, .5g protein
