Simple Chocolate Mousse 2

I left out part of the recipe by mistake. This is the proper recipe, I promise

This makes a nice firm mousse.

Simple Chocolate Mousse 2


  • 8 oz of Bittersweet Chocolate
  • 1 1/4 cups of Heavy Cream


  1. In food processor chop chocolate finely. Heat 1/4 cup of cream for 15 seconds in microwave. Pour into chocolate and blend in processor until smooth.
  2. Beat remaining cream to stiff peaks. Mix in chocolate mixture with whipped cream.

This recipe did NOT work for me. As soon as I mixed the chocolate mixture into my cream that was beaten to stiff peaks it turned into a sloppy mess and no matter how much I mixed it did not thicken. Not only that it didn't taste good at all, I was very disappointed.
