Cinco de mayo pot luck at work soon - thinking cup cakes. Not a baker, but this sounds great and easy, how many will it make?
Would this be strong enough to use for stacking and carving?
Is that cinnamon extract or herb?
This recipe is amazing!!! You do have to watch it in the oven though, because if it's over-cooked it can get very dry very fast. But when it's right, wow...I also like to put a little Kahlua and cinnamon in the buttercream...incredible!!!
