Chocolate Royal Icing

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 c. cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Combine powdered sugar and egg whites till smooth.
  2. Add cocoa powder.
  3. Transfer to clean plastic container and cover with plastic wrap.
