Came up with this on a whim. Was supposed to be a frosting but didn’t get the consistency. So, if anyone can get this to be a frosting, let me know.

Peach.Cream Cheese Filling


  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 really ripe peach
  • ~4 c. pwd sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla


    I used my countertop mixer. Use the wisk attachment. Put in the cream cheese and butter and cream. Then add the vanilla and the peach (without the pit and skin). Mix until smooth. Then add enough powdered sugar to make the right consistency for your use. Refrigerate when not using.
