Thank you for this interesting sounding recipe. I love the fragrance of Pandan, and would love to try this one day, but don't know what "ovalette" is or where to get it. Today's project requires a cake I could bake in 10" round pans & stack tall with filling for decorating, and I'm not sure this would be the recipe for that. But it sounds so delicious, I will try it for serving at tea in my home. Thank you for sharing.
