The revision to add the vegetable oil the cake needs.

Lemon Zucchini cake (revised)

Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 small pkg instant lemon pudding
  • 4 eggs slightly beaten
  • 2 cups peeled and grated zucchini
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Put everything in a mixing bowl and mix on low for 3 minutes. Pour into a greased 9″ x 13″ pan and bake for 40 minutes in a 325 degree oven.
