Pretty good, but it wouldn't even out on the top of my cake. This ganache would probably work as a filling, but if you're looking for something to pour over the top of your cake, find something else.

I made this last night and it came out GREAT! I used Dark Chocolate chips and granulated sugar. After the 5 min. passed I stirred with a whisk. Some of the chips had not fully melted, so I put it back over low heat for a few minutes and whisked again... PERFECT! I let it cool a while, but not all the way to room temp and poured it over a cheesecake. It flowed perfectly and leveled out just fine. Dipped strawberries in the extra ganache.... YUMMY!!!
Does this need to be refrigerated because of the cream?
