This is the best red velvet cake I’ve ever tasted and it’s very easy to make!
Awesome Red Velvet Cake
Instructions
- Mix sugar, oil and eggs with mixer.
- Add dry ingredients; Add coloring, milk, vanilla and vinegar (I put all these wet ingredients together and alternate pouring dry ingredients and this mixture as it is mixing)
- Mix well. Grease and flour 3 cakes pans. Makes 3 layers. Bake 325 degrees for about 25-30 minutes or until inserted toothpick isn’t gooey.
- Frosting:
- Allow butter and cream cheese to soften. Blend until creamy. Add conf. sugar and vanilla and beat until fluffy. Frost.
