Andes Cake Balls

Ingredients

  • crumbled white cake scraps
  • buttercream
  • andes mint chips
  • godiva liquer
  • Hersheys special dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. mix crumbled cake scraps, buttercream, andes mint chips and godiva to taste. Form into balls and freeze until firm. Melt Hersheys special dark chocolate in a double boiler temper chocolate. Dip balls and allow to set on waxed paper. Store cool do not refrigerate.
