Andes Cake Balls

Ingredients

  • crumbled white cake scraps
  • buttercream
  • andes mint chips
  • godiva liquer
  • Hersheys special dark chocolate

Instructions

    mix crumbled cake scraps, buttercream, andes mint chips and godiva to taste. Form into balls and freeze until firm. Melt Hersheys special dark chocolate in a double boiler temper chocolate. Dip balls and allow to set on waxed paper. Store cool do not refrigerate.
