This Strawberry Icing recipe goes well with our “family favorite” Strawberry Cake recipe I’ve posted to this site.

Strawberry Icing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pt. frozen whole strawberries, thawed
  • 1 box (1 lb.) powdered sugar
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1tsp. vanilla extract or butter flavoring

Instructions

  1. Puree thawed strawberries in a blender (or just mash the super well). Add powdered sugar and butter. Mix well and add vanilla (or butter flavor).
