The woman never says at what degrees to cook the cheesecake on. She only says to cook one hour and 1/2. The sour cream she put into cheesecake was definitely not 16 ounces. It looked more like maybe 8 oz. Does anyone know what degrees to cook this at??

She says preheat to 325.

Thank you for the recipe.  So the recipe is not "Cheesecake Factory Original Cheesecake?"  Title is misleading.  But it looks good.
